FAQ

Can you make Thai Crunch Salad ahead of time?+
Yes! You can prep all the vegetables and store them in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but wait to add the dressing and ramen noodles until just before serving so they stay crispy and don't get soggy.
What can I use instead of ramen noodles in this salad?+
You can swap in crispy chow mein noodles, crushed tortilla chips, or toasted panko breadcrumbs for a similar crunch—just skip the seasoning packet and add the noodles at the very end so they stay crunchy.
How do you keep the ramen noodles from getting soggy?+
Break up the ramen and stir it in just before serving, or sprinkle it on top of each serving instead of mixing it into the whole salad—the dressing will soften them quickly once combined.
Can you use peanut butter in the dressing for this salad?+
Absolutely! Mix 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter with the oil, honey, and sugar (you may need slightly less oil) for an extra creamy Thai-inspired twist that pairs beautifully with the cashews.
